You may use our Services only as permitted by law, including applicable export and re-export control laws and regulations. We may suspend or stop providing our Services to you if you do not comply with our terms or policies or if we are investigating suspected misconduct.

Using our Services does not give you ownership of any intellectual property rights in our Services or the content you access. These terms do not grant you the right to use any branding or logos used in our Services unless otherwise mentioned. User Conduct

This means that you, and not Short-Link Space, are entirely responsible for all Content that you upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available via our Services. Short-Link Spacedoes not control the Content posted via our Services and, as such, does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such Content. You understand that by using our Services, you may be exposed to Content that is offensive, indecent or objectionable. Under no circumstances will Short-Link Space be liable in any way for any Content, including, but not limited to, for any errors or omissions in any Content, or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Content posted, emailed, transmitted or otherwise made available via our Services.

You agree to NOT use our Services for the following:

  1. Link to, upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any Content that is adult in nature, unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libellous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable

Link, upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any Content that you do not have a right to make available under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships (such as inside information, proprietary and confidential information learned or disclosed as part of employment relationships or under nondisclosure agreements)

  8. Link, upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment
  9. Disrupt the normal flow of dialogue, cause a screen to 'scroll' faster than other users of the Services are able to type, or otherwise act in a manner that negatively affects other users' ability to engage in real time exchanges
  10. Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers or networks connected to the Services, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the Services
  11. Intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or international law, including, but not limited to, regulations promulgated by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, any rules of any national or other securities exchange, including, without limitation, the New York Stock Exchange, the American Stock Exchange or the NASDAQ, and any regulations having the force of law
  12. "Stalk" or otherwise harass another or
  13. Collect or store personal data about other users
  14. Attempt to falsify traffic in order to earn revenue, not limited to using automated 'computer' traffic, disguising traffic through anonymous proxy servers, 'hiding' the Services through any method;
  15. Register more than one account per individual. If Users are found to have referred themselves, the referral commissions will be forfeited;
  16. Offer any form of incentive to users who click on an Short-Link Space link, not limited to points/bonus/money/gifts/traffic or link exchange.

You acknowledge that Short-Link Space may OR MAY NOT pre-screen Content, but that Short-Link Space and its designees shall have the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to PRE-SCREEN, refuse, or move any Content (or Account) that is available via the Service. Without limiting the foregoing, Short-Link Space and its designees shall have the right to remove any Content or Accounts that violates the TOS or is otherwise objectionable. You agree that you must evaluate, and bear all risks associated with, the use of any Content or Accounts, including any reliance on the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of such Content. Your Content in our Services

Our Services allow you to submit content. You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in that content. In short, what belongs to you stays yours.

Payments from Short-Link Space are made through Payza ('http://www.payza.com') or Paypal ('http://www.paypal.com/') or skrill ('http://www.skrill.com/') or Vodafone Egypt ('http://www.vodafone.com.eg') or cashu ('http://www.cashu.com') or Wire transfar.

 

Earnings

Your earnings are based on what we charge our advertisers for demographically for their advertisement. You can always take a look at how much you earn by visiting our Pay Rates page.

Referrals Laws

Referrals must be effective and energetic and win at the site so they can withdraw earnings calls and you are the conversion without problems

Publishers Conduct

These rules will cover all Services associated with being an Advertiser at Short-Link Space .

If any Publisher is found or reported breaking any of the rules or terms of this service, above or below, their account will be suspended until further investigation by Short-Link Space . At the end of the investigation, if the Publisher is found to be violating the rules or terms of this service, the Publisher account will be removed, all links deleted, and all earnings forfeited.

As a User of this Site, you may NOT do the following:

  1. Advertise Short-Link Space Links directly on any form of traffic exchange or PTC website.
  2. Place Short-Link Space Links anywhere that may contain adult, malware, or illegal content (including advertisements).
  3. Shrink any website URLs that contain adult, malware, or illegal content.
  4. Offer any incentive for a visitor to click the Short-Link Space Link that contains our Tools (i.e. gifts, points, cash, etc..).
  5. Ask/beg people to click on any Short-Link Space Links while using our Tools for your benefit of revenue.
  6. Create 'redirect loops' with similar services (or Short-Link Space ).
  7. Create spam with Short-Link Space Links anywhere (i.e. forums, chats, comments, blogs). We absolutely hate spam. This will be a serious matter leading to suspension of Services.
  8. Participate in click 'rings' where you click on Short-Link Space Links in return for others to click yours.
  9. Open an Short-Link Space Link in a popup, popunder or an iframe.
  10. Open other Links when an Short-Link Space Link is clicked by the User - when a User clicks the Short-Link Space Link.
  11. Redirecting to an Short-Link Space Link by means other than a HTTP Redirection (unless using one of our products or services, available on the Short-Link Space website). JavaScript and meta-refresh redirections are not allowed.
  12. An Short-Link Space Link may not be opened by any means other than a mouse-click by the User on the Link directly. *
  13. Click more than once on your Links. **
  14. Forbidden use of shortcut links or shortcut sites similar to the site

The following rules apply more specifically to Tools that can be used on your website:

You may NOT do the following:

  1. Advertise any webpage containing our Services directly on any form of traffic exchange or PTC website.
  2. Place the Tools on any website that contains adult, malware, or illegal content.
  3. Offer any incentive for a visitor to click the Short-Link Space Link that contains our Tools (i.e. gifts, points, cash, etc..).
  4. Ask/beg people to click on any Short-Link Space Links while using our Tools for your benefit of revenue.

Visitor criteria:

You will be charged for a visitor that views your advertisement by clicking directly on an Short-Link Space Link or being presented with your advertisement by our Services, providing they meet the following criteria:

  1. Must view an advertisement, this is any advert other than the default Short-Link Space website.
  2. Must view the advertisement for at least 5 seconds without losing browser focus on the window.
  3. Must have JavaScript and Cookies enabled.

Advertisers Conduct

These rules will cover all Services associated with being an Advertiser at Short-Link Space .

If any Advertiser is found or reported breaking any of the rules or terms of this service, above or below, their account will be suspended and all advertising stopped until further investigation by Short-Link Space . At the end of the investigation, if the Advertiser is found to be violating the rules or terms of this service, the Advertiser's account will be removed and all available balance will be subject to refund - all balance used will be unrecoverable to the Advertiser.

We reserve the right to decline your advertisement or suspend it during service at any time we deem necessary. You will be notified of why we took such an action and if possible, provide notice of what you need to fix in your advertisement before we allow it to go live to the public.

Your submitted advertisements must NOT:

  1. Create popups or popunders or open any other windows automatically.
  2. Contain malware, spyware, exploiots, viruses, or any malicious code that will impact the visitors in any way.
  3. Contain illegal or copyright infringing content.
  4. Contain adult content or adult themed websites. *
  5. Take part in cookie stuffing.
  6. Make use of any frame breaking scripts - our Short-Link Space headers must remain visible to the visitors
  7. Display competitors services or anything that may 'trick' the visitor.

*     Adult themed websites will be at the discretion of Short-Link Space .

Visitor criteria:

You will be charged for a visitor that views your advertisement by clicking directly on an Short-Link Space Link or being presented with your advertisement by our Services, providing they meet the following criteria:

  1. Will view the advertisement for at least 5 seconds without losing browser focus on the window. 
  2. Will be on an IP located in the country that you are targeting, if you've specifically chosen to.
  3. Will have JavaScript and Cookies enabled.
  4. Will be a unique visitor in 24 hours.

In Quick Ads, you can specify the type of campaign and pay as needed, here are descriptions of each our type of ad payment model:

  1. Pay per impression: This payment model charges advertisers based on the number of times their ad/banner is displayed, regardless of whether or not anyone interacts with it. In other words, the advertiser pays for each "impression" of their ad.
  2. Pay per duration of stay: This payment model charges advertisers based on how long the ad/banner stays in front of visitors, regardless of whether or not anyone interacts with it. In other words, the advertiser pays for total of "durations" in which his ad/banner was shown to visitors.
  3. Pay per click: This payment model charges advertisers only when someone clicks on their ad/banner, where advertisers pay for clicks on their sponsored posts or ads/banners.
  4. Pay per interaction: This payment model charges advertisers based on the number of interactions that users have with their ad/banner. This could include things like clicks, views, shares, depending on the ad format.

*    We display ads on skippable ads in short-link.space, and ads are also displayed in the form of banners on our partner.  *  We use JavaScript technology to determine if your advertisement is loaded or it has been 3 seconds waiting time before we start the timer. This will give your advertisement a chance to load completely within a timeframe of 3 seconds. However, regardless of whether or not your advertisement has loaded, the max wait time will be 3 seconds before the timer starts itself. If you website is down or very slow loading, the user may get the chance to get the Skip Ad button before your site is loaded. You will still be charged for this traffic. We urge you to optimize your ad page for fast loading time to get the best results.

Modifying and Terminating our Services

We are constantly changing and improving our Services. We may add or remove functionalities or features, and we may suspend or stop a Service altogether.

You can stop using our Services at any time, although we'll be sorry to see you go. Short-Link Space may also stop providing Services to you, or add or create new limits to our Services at any time.

We believe that you own your data and preserving your access to such data is important. If we discontinue a Service, where reasonably possible, we will give you reasonable advance notice and a chance to get information out of that Service.

Our Warranties and Disclaimers

We provide our Services using a commercially reasonable level of skill and care and we hope that you will enjoy using them. But there are certain things that we don't promise about our Services.

  1. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE SERVICES IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. Short-Link Space EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
  2. Short-Link Space MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT (i) THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, (ii) THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, (iii) THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE, (iv) THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, INFORMATION, OR OTHER MATERIAL PURCHASED OR OBTAINED BY YOU THROUGH THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS, AND (V) ANY ERRORS IN THE SOFTWARE WILL BE CORRECTED.
  3. ANY MATERIAL DOWNLOADED OR OTHERWISE OBTAINED THROUGH THE USE OF THE SERVICES IS DONE AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK AND THAT YOU WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM OR LOSS OF DATA THAT RESULTS FROM THE DOWNLOAD OF ANY SUCH MATERIAL.

  5. A SMALL PERCENTAGE OF USERS MAY EXPERIENCE EPILEPTIC SEIZURES WHEN EXPOSED TO CERTAIN LIGHT PATTERNS OR BACKGROUNDS ON A COMPUTER SCREEN OR WHILE USING THE SERVICES. CERTAIN CONDITIONS MAY INDUCE PREVIOUSLY UNDETECTED EPILEPTIC SYMPTOMS EVEN IN USERS WHO HAVE NO HISTORY OF PRIOR SEIZURES OR EPILEPSY. IF YOU, OR ANYONE IN YOUR FAMILY, HAVE AN EPILEPTIC CONDITION, CONSULT YOUR PHYSICIAN PRIOR TO USING THE SERVICES. OTHER THAN AS EXPRESSLY SET OUT IN THESE TERMS OR ADDITIONAL TERMS, NEITHER Short-Link Space NOR ITS SUPPLIERS OR DISTRIBUTORS MAKE ANY SPECIFIC PROMISES ABOUT THE SERVICES. FOR EXAMPLE, WE DON'T MAKE ANY COMMITMENTS ABOUT THE CONTENT WITHIN THE SERVICES, THE SPECIFIC FUNCTION OF THE SERVICES, OR THEIR RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, OR ABILITY TO MEET YOUR NEEDS. WE PROVIDE THE SERVICES 'AS IS'.

Limitation of Liability

WHEN PERMITTED BY LAW, Short-Link Space , AND Short-Link Space 'S SUPPLIERS AND DISTRIBUTORS, WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUES, OR DATA, FINANCIAL LOSSES OR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT Short-Link Space SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES (EVEN IF Short-Link Space HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES), RESULTING FROM: (i) THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES; (ii) THE COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS AND SERVICES RESULTING FROM ANY GOODS, DATA, INFORMATION OR SERVICES PURCHASED OR OBTAINED OR MESSAGES RECEIVED OR TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO THROUGH OR FROM THE SERVICES; (iii) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA; (iv) STATEMENTS OR CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES; OR (v) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE SERVICES.

Violations

Please report any violations of these Terms of Service to the contact form.

About these Terms

We may modify these terms or any additional terms that apply to a Service to, for example, reflect changes to the law or changes to our Services. You should look at the terms regularly. We'll post notice of modifications to these terms on this page. We'll post notice of modified additional terms in the applicable Service. Changes will not apply retroactively and will become effective no sooner than seven days after they are posted. However, changes addressing new functions for a Service or changes made for legal reasons will be effective immediately.
